We had an amazing night before picking our dog up from camp and were super pleased with how clean everything was. The game room and outdoor fire pit were great for unwinding, but I really wish there was a way to make hot drinks in the room since I like my morning coffee fresh. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun family getaway! 😊

Breathtaking Views and Friendly Atmosphere
My stay was absolutely delightful! The room featured stunning mountain views through large windows, and the complimentary happy hour with local wines made for a lovely evening. The staff were incredibly welcoming, treating my dog like royalty with special amenities that truly enhanced our experience. However, I found the valet parking a bit confusing at times.

So we arrived and as soon as we walked in, they greeted us like we were family. It was our anniversary and they went out of their way to make it special, like a surprise brownie sundae sent to our room- just a nice touch, ya know? Plus, I gotta say, the bartenders were friendly, making sure we got our drinks right during happy hour, which made the evenings so much better.
Wasn't exactly pocket change, but honestly, it was worth it.

We had a fantastic time exploring downtown Asheville, catching live bluegrass music with my granddaughter. The hotel's prime location made it easy to visit local attractions and enjoy outdoor performances, creating wonderful memories together.
My kids wished the pool hours were extended for more family time.

missingWrote a review on Oct 07comfortable roomfriendly staffstreet noiselimited diningrestrictive surroundings
The stay included a spacious King Room with stunning mountain views, providing comfort and relaxation. Fresh-baked scones at breakfast were a delightful treat, and the staff was genuinely friendly, enhancing our overall experience. Although the room was comfortable, there was a bit of noise from the street, detracting from the peace of the getaway. Limited dining options in the immediate vicinity felt restrictive, despite the great location in the heart of downtown. Still, the terrace overlooking the city was a perfect spot for relaxation.

Amazing stay with great views!
We had an awesome time! The staff were super friendly and even remembered our puppy's name. The surprise brownie sundae for our daughter's bday was just the sweetest touch! Loved chillin' on the patio with drinks and the wood-fired pizza was a hit. Just wish the parking was a bit easier, but still a perfect trip overall!
